Internal medicine physician is accepting new patients at Tennova Primary Care – North
KNOXVILLE, TN (August 11, 2020) – Tennova Healthcare recently welcomed Daniel Anderson, D.O., internal medicine physician, to his new office at Tennova Primary Care – North, located at 603 East Emory Road in Powell. Dr. Anderson specializes in caring for men, women and young adults, ages 18 years and older. He offers well checks, sick visits, and annual health screenings. Dr. Anderson is dedicated to preventive medicine and management of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Prior to joining Tennova Medical Group, Dr. Anderson practiced medicine in Tazwell, TN, He earned his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN. Dr. Anderson completed an internship and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Anderson is also an adjunct professor at Lincoln Memorial University.
